Holz Schütterle

Since 1684, this family-run sawmill in Ravensburg, Oberschwaben, has been producing sawn timber from larch and Douglas fir. The company processes logs into construction timber, terrace decking, and wood chips certified for playgrounds and sports fields. A side line includes beech rubbing sticks for butchers, made to exact dimensions and used in smoking plants. The company also trades in floorings, laminates, vinyl, and Diotrol natural oil glazes. Certified CE, IPPC, and PEFC. The Schütterle family runs the business in the ninth generation.
