HEFNER

Since 1970, HEFNER has been manufacturing rubber rollers at its Gärtringen plant. The company operates its own compounding facility and develops custom rubber mixtures from over 500 tested formulations. Products include sponge rubber rollers, silicone rollers, polyurethane rollers, and profiled rollers for applications such as coating, laminating, and transport. HEFNER also offers re-rubbering of customer cores and produces complete rollers from a single source. The rollers are used in industries ranging from printing and packaging to woodworking and food processing, with food-grade rubber qualities available.
