Head-Balance

Founded in 2003 by Alfred Pfennig, a German-trained Heilpraktiker, Head-Balance produces an oral gymnastics device targeting the temporomandibular joint (TMJ). The device aims to relieve muscle tension, migraines, bruxism, tinnitus, and improve posture. It won the gold medal at the Concours Lépine in Paris in 2005 and a medal from the French Society of Sport. The company is based in Uhrwiller, Alsace, and sells directly to consumers and health professionals.
