Founded in 1978 by Rudolf Rieker in Leingarten near Heilbronn, this company is one of the largest induction hardening specialists in Germany and Europe. It operates a large machine park covering nearly all types of inductive heat treatment. Services include induction hardening, inductive protective gas hardening, laser hardening, calibrating and press hardening, as well as precision hardening of e-mobility parts. The company also offers annealing, tempering, crack testing, straightening, and carburizing in cooperation with subcontractors. It received the Environmental Innovation Award for an energy-saving deep-freezing process using cold air technology. Certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
