HAILTEC

Founded in 2004 by Wilfried Hailfinger, HAILTEC operates from a converted farm in Hohenstein-Meidelstetten on the Swabian Alb. The company combines laser micro-cutting, micro water-jet cutting, CNC milling and turning, precision forming, and toolmaking under one roof. It serves the e-mobility, medical technology, and aerospace sectors with custom metal parts. A team of 30 works with a zero-defect philosophy, using green energy and in-house metrology down to the sub-micrometer level.
