Franz Fies

Founded in 1948 by Franz and Elise Fies, the distillery is now run by the third generation in Oberkirch, at the heart of the Ortenau region. It produces fruit brandies, liqueurs, gin, and aperitifs under the brand names Original Fies, CHRONUM, MOMENTUM, FISINI, and Black Forest Dry Gin. The company holds IFS certification and has received the DLG Federal Honor Award. Visitors can tour the distillery at the Ringelbach site and taste the spirits.
