Founded in 1905 by brothers Julius and Otto Felss in Pforzheim, the company started by building special machines for metalworking. Today the Felss Group is an international specialist in cold forming, covering process development, machine building, and component production under its Make & Buy concept. Its technologies include rotary swaging, axial forming, tube forming, and HMP rolling. The group serves automotive, industrial, aerospace, precision mechanics, and medical technology sectors. Key customers include BYD, Stellantis, ZF, Bosch, and Eaton. The group operates sites in Germany, Switzerland, Slovakia, China, and the USA.
