Feiner Kappler

Founded by Axel Baßler in Kappelrodeck, Baden, this distillery produces liqueurs, eaux-de-vie, whisky and gin. The company grows its own fruit in the mild climate of the region, managing trees from pruning to harvest. Products are sold directly through an online store and at local tastings. The distillery also offers a gin-based ice cream developed with Zampolli.
