Farasis Energy

Founded in 2002 in Silicon Valley, Farasis Energy develops and produces lithium-ion pouch cells. The European arm, based in Frickenhausen near Stuttgart, supplies battery systems to automotive, commercial vehicle, and industrial customers. Its cell formats include unidirectional and bidirectional pouches as well as prismatic cells, with chemistries spanning NCM, LFP, and sodium-ion. Modules and energy storage systems are assembled at its own giga factories. The company holds over 1,000 patents and operates production sites in China, Turkey, and the USA.
