Ets Schlumberger

Founded in 1989 near Charolles, the company originally focused solely on sheep shearing equipment. Over 28 years it moved to Saint Julien de Civry and expanded into cattle farming gear. Today it manufactures its own sharpening paste, ropes, and cosmetic fixative for beef cattle shows. Four permanent staff handle operations, with two extra during winter for sharpening and repair. The family-run business is based in Guebwiller, Alsace.
