Emairel

Founded in 1985, Emairel is a plastics thermoforming specialist based in Bischwiller, Alsace. The company employs around 40 people and operates its own tooling workshop, producing prototype and series molds in wood and resin. It handles the entire process from CAD design (native or exported files such as IGES, STEP, XT, DXF) to forming, trimming, machining, decoration (painting, covering, screen printing, hot stamping), and assembly including gluing, sewing, and component mounting. Emairel serves automotive, building, pharmaceutical, and other industrial sectors, offering custom handling and conveyor solutions as well as machine enclosure panels. Clients include Mercedes, Alstom, Hyundai, and Motorsport.
