Dollfus & Muller

Founded in 1811, Dollfus & Muller produces endless felts and conveyor belts for textile finishing, tanneries, and other industries. The company emerged from the 1995 merger of Dollfus & Noack and Manufacture Muller, both of which had been making technical textiles since around 1850. Its products include compacting felts, open-mesh dryer screens, sanforizing felts, PTFE sheets, and cylinder coverings for textile machines; wringing felts, staking felts and sleeves, and glazing plates for leather processing; and fluidization fabrics for bulk transport of cement, plaster, and alumina, plus biscuit and bakery felts. The factory is in Heimsbrunn, Alsace.
