Founded in 1991, Cansimag France produces twisted puff pastry flutes in Saint-Amarin, Alsace. Part of Groupe Cornu since 2008, the family-run company employs around 70 people and operates custom-designed machinery running 24/7, turning out 2 million flutes daily. The products are sold under the Cansimag brand and as private labels for major global retailers. Certifications include IFS, BRC, and ECOCERT. The company exports to over 55 countries across Europe and beyond.
