Bühler’s Edelbranntweinbrennerei

Founded by Roman Bühler in Rheinmünster-Stollhofen, this distillery has been producing fruit spirits and liqueurs since 2000. The focus is on traditional Baden specialties, especially those made from Jerusalem artichoke (Topinambur). Their signature product, Double Brand, is aged for several years in oak barrels, giving it a distinctive brown color. The range also includes herbal bitters, cherry brandy, and apple brandy made in the style of Calvados. All products are available for online ordering.
