Founded over 25 years ago, BTG Elektronik operates from Ettlingen near Karlsruhe as an EMS service provider. The company handles the entire electronics manufacturing chain: from circuit design and PCB layout to SMT and THT assembly, functional testing, device construction, and logistics. Prototyping and series production are carried out in-house. A Hanwha/Samsung SM482Plus multi-functional placer is used for SMD assembly. BTG Elektronik holds ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certifications. Customers come from various industries. The company also invests in dry cabinets for moisture-sensitive components and a hybrid rework system.
