Brennerei Burger

Founded in 1823, this family distillery in Ettenheim-Münchweier produces fruit brandies, spirits, and liqueurs. The fruits come almost exclusively from their own orchards and the region. Jakob Burger took over the craft from his grandfather in 2015, with his father Carlo, a trained distiller, supporting him. They use no concentrates or artificial flavors. Their products have won awards at the BADEN BEST SPIRITS competition. The range includes fruit brandies (apple, Williams pear, quince, cherry, mirabelle, plum), fine spirits, and liqueurs such as peach, grape, and blueberry. They also offer gift sets.
