Brauerei Häberlen

Since 1875, this family-run brewery in Gaildorf has been producing specialty beers in the fifth generation. Brewed strictly according to the German Purity Law of 1516, their range includes Spezial, Dunkel, Zwickl, Edelpils, and a seasonal Weihnachtsbier. 95% of their beers are filled into swing-top bottles. The brewery also operates a beverage trade and a festival service. They recover about 97% of the energy used during wort boiling and avoid metallized labels and tin foil.
