Founded in 1998, Boehli produces traditional Alsatian pretzels and other baked snack items in Gundershoffen. The company makes Bretzels, Sticks, Rondzels, and assorted mixes, including organic and flavored lines. Their products are sold to retail, food service, industry, and export markets.
