Founded in 1930, this family-run dairy and cheese factory in Tettnang, on Lake Constance, produces soft cheeses and other dairy specialties. Milk comes exclusively from regional farms in the Bodensee and Allgäu areas. The company offers both fresh and IQF individually quick-frozen products, including blue cheese, brie, camembert, mozzarella, and shepherd's cheese.
