Over three decades of experience in cast iron grinding and dip priming. Based in Malsch, Baden-Württemberg, the company operates a dedicated grinding shop handling cast parts from 10 to 1,000 kg. Eleven workstations per shift, up to three shifts, equipped with Fein and Bosch high-frequency grinders and Atlas Copco pneumatic tools. A dip-coating line added in 2012 applies primer in red-brown, black, and green; special colors are sprayed with an airless gun. In-house quality control checks straightness and flatness, and can perform hardness tests, bore illumination, and ultrasonic inspection. A 400 m² warehouse with ventilation keeps goods dry, and the company's own truck can carry up to 25 tonnes.
